Provenance Hotels Chooses Topaz Hotel Services as Exclusive Provider of Private Label Voice Reservations and Website Voice Reservations Support

June 11, 2008 Oakland, CA - Topaz Hotel Services announces the successful launch of Provenance Hotels in the Topaz Call Center, providing voice reservations services for the hotel group's central 800 number and individual hotel voice reservation requirements.

The Topaz Call Center, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week allows Provenance Hotels the flexibility they need to supply consistent high-quality custom-tailored service to their callers.
