SoftBrands Chooses Topaz ResOnCall as Call Center for Karyon Product
June 10, 2006 Oakland, CA - Topaz Hotel Services announces the successful launch of SoftBrands Karyon application in the Topaz Call Center. Karyon, a newly created Distribution Service Provider, chose Topaz to supply the Voice Center component of their services. Topaz will service voice reservations for Karyon's hotels central 800 number and individual hotel voice reservation requirements. The Topaz Call Center, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week allows Karyon hotel clients the flexibility they need to supply consistent high-quality custom-tailored service to their callers.
“We wanted a Call Center that provided our hotels with personalized account management service. We did not want our clients to get lost in a big, mainstream Call Center.
